Associates International, Inc., a growing print communications firm specializing in digital and offset printing, mailing, fulfillment, wide format/point-of-purchase, and web enabled services seeks an energetic Account Executive interested in working in a fast paced team environment. This person is creative, self confident and highly respectful of others.
This self sufficient person will be responsible for developing prospective clients and maintaining existing accounts. This individual will work with the existing customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate with the marketing team to continuously improve our outreach. Other responsibilities will include learning internal software systems and assessing the sales territory and required sales support and developing plans for improvement.
This position will require a sufficient level of computer literacy (email, MS Office, LinkedIn). A willingness to learn and expand your knowledge of the graphic communications industry is necessary. Experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus.
