About Us

Associates International (Ai) has been a national leader in graphic communications and printing for more than three decades. Founded in 1973 to provide local typesetting services, the company quickly expanded into a successful commercial printer. In the mid 1990′s, the company added digital prepress services followed quickly by the early adoption of advanced, color digital presses. By the early 2000′s, Ai became a regional leader in Web-to-Print services and added a full-service mailing operation. Today, Ai is an internationally-recognized, nationwide provider of the most advanced digital print capability, twice winning the coveted CIP4 award in Germany.

To ensure the highest level of customer service, Ai has embraced an internal culture of continuous improvement using “Lean” manufacturing techniques – a team-based, systematic approach to identifying and eliminating waste in the work process. This company-wide effort became the catalyst for Ai’s transition into a fully integrated print provider with strong marketing capabilities. We are committed to environmental responsibility, assisting clients to make informed choices as well. We are proud to be Forest Stewardship Council™ (FSC^®) certified by the Rainforest Alliance™ and offer a wide variety of FSC^® house-stock papers. To further reduce our footprint we use environmentally friendly inks and recycle everything we can from paper to light bulbs. For our efforts, Associates International received the U.S. Department of Energy’s 2009 “Save Energy Now” Award.
