What You’ll Do:

Accounts Receivable:
- Assist staff accountant with processing invoices to customers
- Ensure the timely delivery of invoices to customers within the parameters of Ai Policy and the requirements of the individual customer
- Resolving discrepancies with customers in cases of non-payment
- Maintaining and organizing records of invoices, bills, and deposits
- Preparing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports

- Associate’s degree in Accounting or a related field

- Assist with departmental organization and 5S initiatives to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- Lift and move materials up to 75 pounds and handle paper stock efficiently and safely
- Collaborate with production team members to meet daily schedules and delivery deadlines
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior bindery experience in a commercial printing environment preferred (training available for mechanically inclined candidates)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production instructions
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet production deadlines
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods
