What You’ll Do:
- Be the IT Backbone—Maintain and optimize our IT infrastructure, ensuring that networks, servers, and business-critical systems run smoothly.
- Keep Us Connected & Secure—Manage and support IT operations, including network security, VPNs, and firewall management.
- Problem-Solve Like a Pro—Provide hands-on support for computer, printer, and software issues, helping our team work efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:
- Tech-Savvy & Resourceful—You have at least 5+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network management.
- Strong IT Knowledge—Experience with Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, etc.).
- Networking & Security Skills—Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, cybersecurity, and IT best practices.
- Problem-Solving Mindset—You thrive on troubleshooting and finding solutions to technical challenges.
- Eager to Learn & Grow—A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead in technology trends.
- Team Player—You work well with others, communicate effectively, and enjoy contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in a small business environment
- Deep knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (ex: Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and systems performance monitoring
- Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions
- Strong creative and analytical thinking
Bonus Points If You Have:
- IT Certifications (CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure, Cisco CCNA, or similar)
- Experience with cloud-based IT solutions & business intelligence tools (ClicData, Power BI, etc.)
- A proactive, can-do attitude that makes IT more than just “fixing things” but improving systems and making an impact!

However, we’re much more than exceptional print. Over the decades, we’ve expanded into a full-service digital and print communications firm, offering in-house creative services, omni-channel marketing solutions, branded merchandise, large-format printing, customized direct-to-print Storefront platforms, as well as fulfillment and warehousing.
And, we continue to expand!
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a Summer Graphic Design Intern to support both our internal marketing design needs as well as assistance for client production. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced commercial printing and digital design environment, where you’ll work on everything from in-house marketing materials to preparing client files for print production.
Required in Office Time: Minimum 12 hours per week, maximum 16 hours per week. How these hours are dispersed weekly is negotiable.
Must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in designing digital and print assets, including social media posts, email templates, Web graphics, and print templates for various types of direct mailers and common print assets such as business cards.
- Prepare and adjust client-provided files for optimal print production (formatting, color correction, bleed setup, etc.).
- Meet with and collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop creative concepts.
- Edit and refine existing creative based on feedback.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, After Effects).
- Strong eye for detail, typography, and color.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing design work (school projects, personal work, or other internships).
- Is willing and able to be onsite in Wilmington DE for 13 hours a week for the duration of the internship.
- Is able to join weekly creative meetings.
Compensation:
This is an unpaid internship.
