Associates International, Inc. (Ai), a marketing implementation company, is seeking a team player that will be responsible to create cost on each estimate/job plan submitted based on the standards in the MIS System.

The applicant will need to be able to:
Analyze job specifications for in-house services, materials and outside services, create purchase orders for outside services
Accurately estimate paper usage, bindery processes, speeds of production equipment, and calculate costs for all viable production methods in which the job can be produced and determine the best method of production
Consult with Sales/CSR/VP of Operations if more information is required to complete the estimate/job plan
Confirm stock availability, capabilities of outside vendors
Revise estimates/job plan per customer change orders
Contribute to the overall company goals of profitability and customer satisfaction

This self-motivated individual is a team player who has a positive attitude with the ability to multi-task and pays attention to detail and works well in a fast paced environment.

This position requires a minimum 3 years estimating/job planning experience in commercial offset and digital print, strong mathematical skills, prior commercial print production experience, computer literate (Microsoft Office including Word and Excel or equivalent), excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively with sales, production, pre-press and outside service vendors. Previous experience in the following areas a plus: estimating wide format, bindery experience, customer service, and/or Avanti software.

The ideal candidate a team player who is quality focused and capable of multi-tasking with blameless problem solving.

The areas of responsibility are:
Primary responsibility is the preparation of databases for mailing
Essential to possess experience with Microsoft Excel to be capable of performing the following task in Excel – sort and filter, merge and unmerge cells, formulas, split names from one cell to two cells, remove duplicates, page breaks to prepare databases
Database Software packages include Postal One Storefront, and Satori Bulk Mailer
Understand the requirements of USPS
Read and interpret job ticket
Operate mailing equipment (including inserter, inkjet addressor, accumulator folder, camera system and wafer sealer) efficiently to produce jobs to specifications
Determining the tools and best piece of equipment to produce the job most efficiently without jeopardizing the quality
Ensures operation of mailing equipment ( preventive maintenance, maintain equipment with necessary  parts and supplies)
Follow all safety rules and general housekeeping policies
Math skills – ability to read a ruler and calculate accurate counts and weights
Communicate effectively with other team members
Physical – able to lift 50 lbs. and ability to handle paper
Other duties as assigned

Associates International, Inc. (Ai), a marketing implementation company, is seeking a team player that will be responsible for delivery of product and assist in warehouse operations, with the ability to operate material handling equipment.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Salary Range: $10.00/hour to $12.00/hour

The areas of responsibility are:
Prepare truck for operation by inspecting general condition, checking fluid levels and tire pressure; obtaining or scheduling required repairs; validating adherence to roadability standards
Loads truck by placing, and securing all items (strapping, skid wrap, etc.)
Delivers items by identifying destinations; following planned routes; operating the truck; unloading items; maintaining schedule
Provides feedback of customer information such as closing times, specific locations including rooms, and suggesting possible alternative routes
Maintains truck operating efficiency by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; scheduling repairs
Maintains safe operation and clean appearance by complying with organization operational policies, procedures, and standards, as well as state and local driving rules and regulations; cleans truck exterior and interior
Maintains delivery, truck, and driving records by completing daily driver log and truck performance forms
Position includes warehouse duties
Follow all safety rules and general housekeeping policies
Assist in light machine operations such as shrink wrapping, packaging, etc.
Physical – able to lift 50 lbs., pull 200 lbs. and ability to handle paper
Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will:
Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record with knowledge of tristate area (DE-PA-NJ & MD)
Previous Driving Experience of Vans and Box Truck (minimum 2 years)
Good verbal communications
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving of cartons
Successfully pass a background check and drug test

Inspect incoming materials and ensure correlation to purchase order/delivery receipt
Receive in MIS System providing accurate counts
Label and store materials accurately and neatly
Maintain board indicating storage locations
Pull inventories and drop materials from inventory system
Stage stock for production according to schedule and requests from floor
Follow all safety rules and general housekeeping policies
Ability to cut paper or willingness to learn
Assist in light machine operations such as shrink wrapping, packaging, etc.
Physical – able to lift 50 lbs. and ability to handle paper
Driver – back up for drivers
Other duties as assigned

This self-motivated individual will have a mechanical aptitude, possess good judgment and decision making and the ability to multi-task.

This full time position requires basic computer knowledge, possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, strong basic math skills, ability to perform heavy lifting and moving of cartons, successfully pass a background check and drug test, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of forklift/power jack experience, previous shipping/receiving experience, previous cutter experience, forklift certification, previous box truck experience and/or previous warehouse experience a plus.
