Who Associates International (Ai) Is:

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a Fall Graphic Design Intern to support both our internal marketing design needs as well as assistance for client production. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced commercial printing and digital design environment, where you’ll work on everything from in-house marketing materials to preparing client files for print production.

Required in Office Time: Minimum 12 hours per week, maximum 16 hours per week. How these hours are dispersed weekly is negotiable.

Must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

What You’ll Do:
  • Assist in designing digital and print assets, including social media posts, email templates, Web graphics, and print templates for various types of direct mailers and common print assets such as business cards.
  • Prepare and adjust client-provided files for optimal print production (formatting, color correction, bleed setup, etc.).
  • Meet with and collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop creative concepts.
  • Edit and refine existing creative based on feedback.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, After Effects).
  • Strong eye for detail, typography, and color.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • A portfolio showcasing design work (school projects, personal work, or other internships).
  • Is willing and able to be onsite in Wilmington DE for 13 hours a week for the duration of the internship.
  • Is able to join weekly creative meetings.
Compensation:

This is an unpaid internship.
