As news about the Coronavirus continues to evolve, Associates International (Ai) is closely monitoring this developing situation. We want to assure you that we have business contingency plans in place designed to address potential impacts.
As a provider of Print and Related Services, Ai is an essential business and will remain open and in production through the State of Delaware’s coronavirus shutdown.
Our priority during this time is the health and safety of our customers, employees and the people who rely on our products and services every day. We have taken a series of steps to make sure our working environment remains as safe as possible:
Only employees that are essential to production will be working on-site. The remainder of our employees will be working remotely whenever possible.
We have implemented enhanced cleaning procedures in our offices and production facility following CDC and public health guidance.
We have implemented strict protocols for all shipping, receiving and delivery personnel to limit any direct contact and ensure social distancing guidelines are being followed.
We have established a set of protocols to ensure that any of our employees who are high risk or potentially infected stay at home.
We remain committed to being available and active with our customers. We will work with you to offer the same great sales and customer service you are accustomed to via phone, email or virtual meeting.
Here at Ai we have weathered difficult times before. We will get through this. We want to thank our dedicated management, customer service and sales teams. Most of all we want to thank our fearless production teams that continue to be the heart and soul of Ai. We look forward to working with all of them as we push our way through these unprecedented challenges. We will be stronger for it when we come out the other side!
