Maria Geserick is the Chief Administrative Officer at Associates International, bringing more than 25 years of experience in accounting and human resources. A Rutgers University graduate with dual master’s degrees in Finance and Human Resources, Maria’s journey at Ai began in 1999 as an Accounting Supervisor. Over time, her role expanded organically leading her to oversee both the company’s financial operations and HR functions.

Maria is driven by the variety her dual role offers and finds the most joy in working alongside the people who make Ai thrive. She jokes that if she had a superpower, it would be the ability to work at two desks at once—a fitting metaphor for the range of hats she wears each day. Outside of work, Maria recharges through gardening, long beach walks in the off-season hunting for shells, and cycling.

Tom is our Operations Superhero, managing all aspects of print production, shipping, warehousing, mailing, and customer service. He’s our resident expert in quality control, lean manufacturing, safety standards, and sustainability, ensuring every project leaves our floor at its best. He jokes that if he had a superpower, it would be mind reading… but truth be told, we’re pretty sure he already has it.

Erin Briggs brings more than two decades of experience in print and managed services to her role as VP of Sales & Marketing. Since joining the team in 2022, she has led Sales, Marketing, and Client Services with a strong focus on customer success, strategic solutions, and creative support. A lifelong print professional, she finds it especially rewarding to work close to the production floor and see client visions come to life in real time.

What keeps her running at full speed, streamlining workflows and guiding client strategy? Bring on the caffeine! In fact, if she had a superpower it would be the ability to summon oat milk iced coffee from Brew HaHa (it’s a DE thing) with the power of her mind (at exactly 8:30 AM and 3:00 PM, of course). In her off time, she enjoys outdoor adventures—hiking, kayaking, biking, and exploring new places.

As Associates International’s visionary and integrator, Joe ensures that Ai stays ahead of industry trends while keeping teams aligned for premium quality and seamless service delivery. Growing up in the printing industry, Joe thrives on tackling new challenges and improving both internal processes and customer outcomes. Known for his sharp strategic mind (and desire for mind-reading superpowers), he finds daily inspiration in Ai’s talented team. Outside the office, he’s a dog-loving, fish-keeping, music enthusiast who plays both piano and harmonica. If his career were a movie, it’d be Moneyball—all about smart plays and big wins.
