Introducing the Newest Additions to Team Ai
Karly Keenan • Account Executive
Karly joined the Ai Team in May of 2024 as our newest Account Executive. She’s primarily focused on building relationships in the local Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey business communities; however, she relishes partnering with national brands as well.
Karly comes to Ai from Today Media in Delaware, where she was a Multimedia Account Executive dedicated to developing long-lasting relationships with customers across a variety of industries, helping them get their brand message out across multiple channels such as print formats, digital display, and social networks.
“I am excited to bring 14 years of marketing experience to the AI team,” Karly said. “I will be helping clients navigate direct mail campaigns, design event booths, share my extensive knowledge in digital marketing—help them in any capacity to get their messages in front of their ideal audiences.”
Karly is also a very active volunteer in the community, serving as a board member for the Delaware Technology Forum, Delaware Young Professionals Network, and The Wilmington Whiskey Club. She is also a certified aerial yoga instructor, teaching at Aerial Fun & Fitness in Hockessin, DE.
Traveling and culture are also great interests of Karly. “If money, responsibilities, and time were of no concern, I would hop islands between Corsica, France, Sardinia, Italy, Palermo, and Italy eating fresh seafood and enjoying daily activities,” Karly shared.
Marissa Wellons • Client Service Representative (CSR)
Marissa joined the Ai family in May, 2024 as the newest addition to our growing Client Services Team. She was referred by our very own Mary Lloyd and comes to us with a strong background in supporting Sales Teams and Customers.
As part of the Ai CSR Team, Marissa works as a liaison between customers, sales representatives, and production; coordinating projects from quote acceptance to delivering the finished product. “I’m excited about bringing new ideas, solutions, and a calm attitude even when things get busy,” said Marissa.
Marissa recently relocated to Delaware from Texas where she had been working as a Radiographic Testing Assistant. Before that role, she worked in various customer service positions.
When she’s not working, Marissa loves diving into books. “I thoroughly enjoy immersing myself in a good book,” she said. ‘It’s like a mini vacation within the comfort of home! I delve into a variety of genres, from thrilling mysteries to captivating fantasies. I also appreciate exploring amateur works for their unique perspectives.”
“Gaming is another significant passion of mine. Whether I’m tackling puzzles, venturing through virtual realms, or engaging in friendly competitions with friends. It’s a fantastic way to connect with people and forge friendships across the globe.”
Marissa also appreciates Podcasts. She continued on saying, “My favorite content creator is Caleb Hammer. His YouTube channel features a series called “Financial Audit” that I absolutely love. In each episode, Caleb delves into the current finances of a different guest, offering valuable perspectives on their financial situations, both present and past. What stands out most is Caleb’s straightforward approach—he fearlessly addresses all issues, providing eye-opening insights and solutions that make the show both informative and engaging.”
