Tommy Keith • Client Service Representative (CSR)
Welcome to the Ai Team, Tommy Keith. Tommy joined the Ai family in September, 2024 as the newest addition to our growing Client Services Team.
As part of the Ai CSR Team, Tommy works as a liaison between customers, sales representatives, and production; coordinating projects from quote acceptance to delivering the finished product.
Tommy joins us from Mercantile Press, a local Delaware printer that recently closed its doors. He comes highly regarded by both clients and colleagues in the industry for his attention to detail and warm approach to collaboration. Around the Ai offices, he is already recognized as a great addition to the team by colleagues.
When Tommy’s not working, he jokes that he would love being more of a homebody, but stays very active with involvement in two bands wearing multiple hats as guitarist, vocalist, and manager, as well as a Bavarian dance group.
Tommy is also an outdoor enthusiast. He mentioned that if money and time were of no concern, he would spend months exploring more of Europe. In previous adventures, he spent some time in Germany where he climbed the highest point, a mountain name Zugspitze, where he had to scramble and walk along a ridge so narrow that he had to hold onto a cable attached by metal pylons.
